All Event Rentals was established in the City of Duluth in 1989. We were located on Main St. in downtown for many years. We have since moved to a larger facility @ 3550 Buford Hwy, just a mile from our previous location, to better serve our customers.
Dana White has managed our location for over 12 years. We have a dedicated and experienced service and delivery staff. We have one goal, that is to help you make your event be the best it can be; whether that is to provide product, service or information.

Full payment for all rental merchandise, and any additional deposits
or services desired, is due in advance of your receipt of equipment.
Credit will only be extended to accounts which have had a credit report completed on them.

Delivery is available at a fee determined by zip code. Delivery is to the door at street level.
If it is to be up or down stairs or at some distant location, there will be an additional charge.
Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive your items “Table Ready”.
Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery.
Our count of items must be accepted unless we are immediately notified.
All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed food free and repacked in the same containers as delivered.
Linen should be refuse free and dry to prevent staining and mildew.
Tables and chairs must be knocked down and stacked ready for pick-up.
Wax must be removed from candelabras.
All items must be assembled in a single location ready for pick-up.
Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
