Q. What if my event is on a weekend?

A. Weekend rentals (Friday-Monday) are only considered a 1 day rental period. All prices listed on our Products page are for a one day rental period. Please call our office for extended rental pricing.

Q. Do You Deliver?

A. We do offer a delivery service in Gwinnett county and the surrounding areas. Delivery fee is determined by zip code. Weekend rentals are typically delivered on Fridays and picked up on Mondays. Under special circumstances, deliveries and pick ups may be scheduled on weekends or outside of business hours. Tents larger than 10×20 must be delivered and set up by our staff for safety purposes.

Q. Do you Set up tents, tables chairs and other equipment?

A. All size tents are set up by our staff upon delivery at no additional cost. We do offer additional services to set up your tables, chairs, dance floor, etc. Call our office during normal business hours for information about our additional services. Our staff can offer tips for layout options but please have a general layout prepared upon delivery if set up is included in your rental.

Q. Do we need to clean dishes/linens?

A. When picked up or delivered, silver, china, utensils, etc are packaged into special containers for ease of mobility. Items must be rinsed free of food and placed back into the containers that they were delivered or picked up in. Linen should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew and staining.

Q. What size tent do I need for my event?

A. The size tent needed for your event will depend on a few different factors. Our staff is happy to assist with tent size questions. Check out this post for more information about which tent is right for your event.
